Rearrange x-axis

I am still fairly new to PowerBI... How can I rearrange the x-axis? It is not in order. It should be Q1-2017, Q2-2017, Q3-2017.... Q3-2018

Which visual do you use?

Is the "Fasical period" a date type column or text? 

Could you edit the report with Power BI desktop?

I test with Power BI Desktop and are able to create an condition column which the column "Fasical period" can sort by and then come to the correct order as expected.
