I'm trying to run wilcoxon signed rank test through rscript in power query. I've tested the simple dataset and was able to get the W, T and Z statistics in RGUI outside of Power BI. Once I load the data into Power Query and then run my script (wilcox.test(...)), Power BI returns with a two column empty table. Do I have to specifically tell Power BI how to display the data? there is no need for an R visual. I was hoping to display the statistics in a text visual. Is that possible? If not, is it possible to show wilcoxon results in an R gui?
Thank you in advance.
Currently, 'nestedRanksTest' package is still not supported in Power BI. So you may get result in R studio, but same script doesn't return anything in Power BI. Please see: R packages in the Power BI service
