REST API 0365 groups

Hi All,

I am trying to get the list of 0365 groups which store Power bi reports and their members + user rights but i don't see an API for this.

only this one.

I found this API 

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/groups/get-groups but this only gives me the groups which are in premium capacity.

Another question, how can i get the list of classic workspaces through an API.
