I want to publish my Quick insight dashboard to SharePoint, I can only share the report. Is there any process that I can follow to publish my dashboard to SharePoint or a web page.

you can embed the report but not publish. You publish the report the Power BI Service and after that you can use it in many different applications like in Sharepoint.
