Questions about Get Scan Result API

We are trying to use the get scan APIs for fetching reports/dashboards metadata. 
I'm curious why there's no pagiantion for https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/admin/workspace-info-get-scan-result?
I'm a bit worried about that it may return too many items, would that ever be an issue?

These are about the power query, which we don't use. I'm asking about the rest API for scanning metadata..
