Question about scheduled dataset refreshing

Hi,

I understand that with Power BI Pro or PPU there is a limit to the number of scheduled refreshes per day.

Yet, I have a report which uses direct query that I have set to refresh every few seconds and I can see it refreshing.

I am using a paid Pro license but the free trial of PPU is stil active.

If I can see the report refresh on the screen or in the power BI app every few seconds, then what does the limit to scheduled refreshes on the screen refer to?
