Question about Privacy

I have established a Power Bi account using my work email address. My inquiry regarding privacy. Is it possible for anyone within the organization to access my work and saved project files? Is there a method to prevent my work from appearing on the recommended page in PowerBI Service?  If so, I hope to guide me step by step how to do it.

Based on the description, when logging in the account and creating the report in power bi desktop, the others can not open the saved report unless you have shared them.

To prevent work from appearing in the Recommended section, try to disable the Featured content settings.

Only tenant and capacity admins are able to access your "My Workspace" content if you decide not to share it, and that access is audited.

We had a ticket open with Microsoft regarding recommendations, and they issued a "Won't Fix" statement as recommendations are not actually a Power BI feature, they come from M365.  Rather annoying, and not well received in GDPR countries.
