Python script visual

Could you please help by indicating whether there is a correct approach to utilize a Python script (or with a Python visual) in Power BI to upload an Excel file from OneDrive? Has anyone dealt with a similar task before and knows an effective method?

The data source is not really important.  The Python visual has a values well, and whatever you put there will be used as a dataframe.
