Publishing Issue

I have the most current PowerBI desktop (Power BI Pro license) but the pbix file is a large file about 270 MB. When I try to publish it keeps spinning "working on it ..." message for hours. The smaller file ( 45 MB) went through without issues. So there seems to be a limit to the size of a file.

Is there any setting in Office 365 (Administration) that sets a limit to the size of a file that can be uploaded?

The file size limit for Power BI Desktop files is 1 GB. If the file is greater than 1 GB, you’ll get a file size limit message.
