Publishing Error

I have changed all of my files to a new computer. Install the power bi and the personal gateway, and I receive this error whenever I publish any file:

That error appears to be something from within your network that is closing the connection.

I would suggest working with your network administrator and or person responsible for your internet connection to get it working.
