Morning all (UK Time )
Hope someone can help please.
I have a number of published reports using the Chiclet Visual which have been fine and dandy for a long time. However, suddenly the formatting of the chiclet has changed in the published reports. The font size no longer fits so you cant read the words. When I go in to the PBIX file everything looks great. I've changed the display of my monitor to see if that resolves it but alas nothing.
Is anyone else having this issue and if so, have you managed to resolve it.

Many thanks

Hi @Anonymous
Thanks for getting back to me and looking at my issue. The strange thing is some chiclets are fine. I've tried a different browser, replublished the report but that didn't fix the problem. It's also happening for other users too. In terms of clearing cache or private window I need to speak to my service desk about this. In the meantime, as I know people will start raising it as an issue, I've had to go in to and edit each PBI published report that has the issue and change the chiclet settings and it resolves the issue. All I need to do now is when I edit the PBIX file in the future (if there is a change required) I need to make sure the chiclet settings are the same as the one in the service
Once again thanks
Kind regards
Karen
Hi @KarenFingerhut ,
Through my testing I was unable to reproduce your problem. Please try:
1. Check if the browser plug-in is updated. Sometimes plug-ins may affect the report display. You can open published reports in different browsers and on different computers.
2. Clear your browser cache or change to private window mode to view the report again.
3. Republish the report.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang
