Published different filtered reports to different SharePoint sites

Hi all,

Noob here wondering if it is possible to publish differently filtered reports to different sharepoint sites.

We have a Dashboard with filters based on different projects and would like to publish the dashboard to the individual project SharePoint sites e.g. Dashboard filtered to Project A and published to Project A SharePoint site, Dashboard filtered to Project B published to Project B SharePoint site.

Can this be done?

Thanks in advance for any advice or comments!

Hi @hoeyeepin ,

You can try URL filter. Then publish the two results to different websites.

Refernce: Filter a report using query string parameters in the URL

yes it can be done, you will need to integrate power bi with the sharepoint using url but its possible:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/integrate-power-bi-reports-in-sharepoint-online/

them just create the reports with the needed filter on each and use this guide for the rest.
