Publish pbix without dataset

Hello,

I have to make updates in a reports (new visualizations, etc.) in a report but the dataset is big. It always takes a long time to re-publish the report because of this.

Is it possible to publish the report without pushing the associated dataset ? I.e. only update the visualizations.

Thanks,

Can you consider making the changes in Power Bi Service itself?

Is it possible to add a tab to my report directly from Power BI Service ? If yes, then i could make the changes from Power BI Service, i just don't know how yet.
