Problems with scales after August Update - Service & Desktop

Does anybody have this problem?

Before august update the line chart looked like this:

 

And after:

In Power BI desktop I uninstalled the new version and the line chart looks fine.

I tried to modify some properties in service but the line chart doesn't change its scale.

Hi JuliaYebra,

I created some sample data for the Line Chart, but didn’t encounter the issue you mentioned.

By the way, we could take use of the Start and End to control the Y Axis range:

Please try to modify the Start and the End field and see if this would make the Visual showing in right way. (This is available on both Power BI desktop and Power BI service->Edit report).
