the problem I have is with the subscribe option in the report I try to send it to myself and no email arrives.
Otherwise, when the data refresh fails, I recieve an email.
I was reading in the forum if someone else happened to know how to fix the problem and i found this link
Not receiving email via subscription with the same problem that said is a bug. Is this bug solved?

As the documentation says:
"If you aren't receiving the subscription emails, ensure that your User Principal Name (UPN) can receive emails."
I suggest you first look at the "Conditions and troubleshooting". If not your case, I would like to suggest you create a support ticket to investigate the issue. Once you create a support ticket, please share the same here for reference.
