Problem with custom font on PowerBI (works fine on Power BI Desktop)

Hi all!

I'm having an issue with using an imported font in a card visual. The font was imported using a json file.

It shows correctly in Power BI desktop. On the Online service however, the font does not show in the card visual (even though it is showing fine in the table visual right underneath!?

Does anyone have any idea about this?

@Anonymous Hmm, that it is odd. I would recommend against custom fonts in general though, only people with the font installed will see it.

You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
