As you can see in the following image the components are out of place and not even cropped.
This happened while trying to export a report from the Power BI Service as .pptx file.

There are a few limitations on export to ppt feature, I'd like to suggest you take a look at below link first:
Export reports from Power BI to PowerPoint (Preview)
BTW, if export to ppt feature not suitable for your requirement, you can try to use power bi add-in to connect power bi reports at ppt.
