Preview.Error: The current preview value is too complex to display

I have a Dataflow which groups and pivots some Salesforce Opportunity data, this appears to run and refresh fine and if I connect to it on Power BI Desktop, it imports correctly

However, when I try to refer to it in another Dataflow, I get the error "Preview.Error: The current preview value is too complex to display" and if I try to combine it into anything else (e.g. a merge) it won't work.

I have tried slimming down the number of columns, splitting the flows up into separate steps (i.e. one query for the group, another query for the pivot), turning on the Enhanced Compute Engine and forcing the queries to be computed entities. None of this appears to solve the issue.

The source data is only about 75,000 rows
