Hi All, I am wondering what are the main limitations for a free users who are consuming sheared content in PREMIUM capacity in organization ? I know they can't publish report, create own one, use Analyze in excel feature.. Anything else ? Are they still able to export data to excel, download report to their own desktop ? Thanks

Based on the official document, It has mentioned it.

Free user consumption in apps includes viewing content in web and mobile, using Q&A, Quick Insights, Cortana, export to CSV, Excel and PowerPoint. 

By my test, if you are a free user, you could not download report in premium to to pbix file, because if you want to download the report, you should have the edit permission.
