Premium user can't see report using data from multiple workspaces

Hi All,

I've got a problem with one specific user who has recently swapped from a Pro license to a Premium Free license. The setups is as follows:

Workspace 1: Contains most of the dataflows that Report 1 is feeding from. User has Viewer role in this workspace and is able to see the Workspace content, and can interact with Report 2 which is only feeding off dataflows in Workspace 1.

Workspace 2: Contains 2 of the dataflows that Report 1 also uses.  User has Viewer role in this workspace and can see Report 3 which is only feeding off dataflows in Workspace 2 (and has RLS on it which is working fine for them).

When he opens Report 1 in Workspace 1 he can only see blank visuals even though he's part of both Workspace 1 and 2, however my suspicion is that Premium doesn't allow for Free users to consume reports that feed off dataflows from multiple different Workspaces.

Can anyone confirm if this is true, or if not then what the issue might be?

Thank you

Hi, @Anonymous

Have you tried to give the user the build permission of the dataset?

Best Regards
