Premium Per User Data Hosting Geographic Location

Hello Everyone.

I wanted to know the Geographic Location where the data is hosted for Power Bi Premium Per User. Is it dependant on the Physical Location of the user or is there a central serve of sorts. For example, my physical location is Bengaluru, India - so will the dataset and reports will be hosted in a server in India, or will it be hosted in a central server someplace else such as US or Europe?

Please let me know as this information is very crucial in order avoid compliance/data governance issues when dealing with Third-Party Data.
