Premium Gen1 Dataflows Getting Stuck

I see that there is a known issue with dataflows getting stuck in Gen2. I am experiencing the same issue in Gen1... is this also known and being worked on or do I need to submit a support ticket?

Hey @SeattlePowerBI ,

 

You should turn in a support ticket to see if Microsoft can assist you as this is a Dataflow.

I'm referrin this this.. I'm assuming it applied to Gen1 as well, as we're experiencing the similar issues.
