We are seeing that some users are not getting changes made to report.
Applied report filters but some of the users are not getting this change in the app.
Only some are having this issue as some are able to see the updated report.
We are using Premium workspace.
Has anyone experienced this issue? How should we resolve this for these users?

Hi @acbg,
For those users that cannot view updated report, please ask them to refresh the report page manually to see if any change is made. Also, please ask them to delete and re-install the App for a test.

Selecting the refresh button on the report page seem to do the trick.
Not a deal breaker, guess I have to instruct users to always select the refresh button so that they see the latest report.
Would you know why this is happening?
