Powerbi Refresh failed

Hi All,

We have a Power BI question. We have a PowerBI dashboard which is conncting to Azure database. We upload the dashboard to Poerbi Server and set up auto refresh to pull data from Auzure SQL DB every 30 mins. However, we keep getting below message saying auto refresh disabled every 10 - 15 hours.

Once we get this error, we will login to the server, change the credentials by clicking on the take over button. The refresh will work again. Have you ever run into this issue before? Do you know how to fix this ? Thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you please let us know if your last 4 scheduled refreshes were successful or failed ? Because if 4 consecutive refresh are failed the next refresh is automatically disabled.

The previous resfrehers were successful. We did not noticed any failed refreshes. All in a suddent, we are getting refresh disabled message. Any guidance will be highly appreciated !
