PowerBI Pro shared storage explanation

1) Can I create an app-workspace with shared storage of Pro users right?

->Yes in Premium Licence

2) Is there any limit to how many Pro licencses I can use in the app-workspace in order to take advantage of their storage?

-> Not that I know

3) Is their any detailed guide how to configure an app-workspace with shared storage?

4) Is any central management of the app-workspace?

-> App Workspaces are nothing else than normal workspaces - so yes you can go to the Admin Portal and take a look into the Workspaces - there are also fancy Power Shell Skripts to analyse such things 🙂 -
