Fabric Warehouse changes explanation
Earlier when i learned Fabric , the fabric warehiuse had a reporting tab, through which we can. create a new semantic model attached to that warehouse, or a new report as well. (as shown in attached image)
But now I noticed when now we create warehouse , the reporting tab and its underlying options have been removed. So now how we will create new report from a warehouse , and where can we find model_layout option now .
Also please explain what are these storage mode , and which one to use when when now we craete a warehosue

Create a SM from the Warehouse
Open the relevant item (your warehouse), and select New Semantic Model from the ribbon. Enter a name, select a workspace to save it in, and pick the tables to include. Then select Confirm. The new semantic model can then be edited in the workspace, where you can add relationships, measures, rename tables/columns, and more.

Create a Report
Once the semantic model is created, you build reports on top of it from the workspace just like you would with any Power BI semantic model.
Remember that the workflow is now intentional, you explicitly create a semantic model first, then build reports on it. The auto-magic default model is gone, which is actually better for governance and control.
