Power bi server doesn't show the report after publishing it

Dear PBI community,

I created a report which is built on the SQL server table direct query. The reprot doesn't open in the pbi server when I published it.

This is what it shows when I click on the report which is in a workspace on pbi server.

And this is what it says when I click on the "Show details" link:

I will really appreciate your help!

Hi @Anonymous ,

The first thing you need to check is whether your credentials have sufficient permissions in SQL Server. Your credentials not only require access to the SQL Server data source, it also requires access to the content you use to generate reports.

Second, if the credentials are fine, you can try to do it by the following steps:
1. Click on Settings->Manage Gateways, you will see the gateway you configured.
2. Click on Tenant administration options in the upper right corner and select turn off to find the data source configured under that gateway with a question.
3. Click on data source settings
At the end, there is an option "Advanced Settings". Expand this option "Use SSO via kerberos for direct queries" and see if it is checked, if it is, then please uncheck it.

You can also try remove the data source already configured for the gateway and reconfiguring it.
