'Reset to Default' not visible

Hello, 
I have connected two reports using Parameterized bookmark, I am passing certain filters using URL and thus filtering the second report. Whenever users are accessing the report this way, they cannot see 'Reset to Default' button on Power BI Service. It is there when i go through Workspace to access it.  idk how to solve it or does it normally happens whenever we use Parameterized bookmarks.
