Power bi data flows not in sync with dashboard

Hi there,

I am importing the dataflow (which is published in the service) in a power bi dashboard. The dashboard was working fine few days back. Now I can see the data in dataflow and in dashboard is not same.

Example ticket with status as closed in dataflow is showing open in dashboard.

I am not seeing latest data in the dashboard.

Can someone please help me

Hi @Anonymous 

To troubleshoot, check the Refresh times of the Dataflow and the Dataset, does the Dataflow update after the Dataset, then maybe older data will show until the next refresh.

Thanks for the reply
I have verified the Dataset is getting refreshed after the dataflow.
Both getting refreshed in every 30 mins. The older data is I am seeing is of few days back 😞
when I refresh the data in the desktop and pbulished the dashbaord, it started shwoing as of data.
Will keep eye in it to check when it starts lagging.
I belive this is not the correct solution to do the desktop refresh everytime and then publishing it in the service.
