@Fowmy Thanks for the reply but i should have only 1 report created and should be shown to different users with their data. It means the data will be changing everytime and with the different users and report will only be one on the web page.

Hi @Anonymous

As suggested by @Fowmy  and from my understanding you need to implement RLS in your report and a refresh mode. However implementing RLS doesn't allow for a Public Web page in order for each of your users to see his own data, Not possible through RLS, Users will need to have Power bi accounts.

If your question is about allowing users to see a particular set of data based on each user then you need to implement RLS (Row Level Security):https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-rls

Talking of instant data updates on the reports and dashboards, you may refer to the links I shared before. In Addition, you have the option of implementing Power Apps along with Power BI: https://www.sharepointeurope.com/integrating-powerapps-power-bi-and-flow-to-create-realtime-streamin...

You either have to use Real-time data streaming using a data source that works with this option: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-real-time-streaming

Or, Connect to your data set using Direct Query and enable Automatic Refresh:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-directquery-about
