Today, I shared a dashboard with colleagues. Share notification emails were sent nonstop to the workspace members. They would get the same email every minute. The only way to stop this was to restrict my email account.
Please help.

This situation is really annoying and I understand you very well.
I ran a test and unfortunately I was unable to reproduce your error.
Here are a few things I would like to confirm with you:
1. Is this the first time you have encountered this situation? Has it happened before?
2. Does the same issue occur when sharing other dashboards?
If you can describe in detail the steps you take to share your dashboard this will help you pinpoint your problem.
While I can't answer your question directly back, I do have a suggestion:
You can select the report recipient and uncheck "Send an email notification" when sharing, then click "Grant access". The report will show up in the Shared with me recipients folder and no email notification will be sent.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Share email notifications—".....has shared this Power BI report with you"—are continuously sent out. It is not just a couple of times; these emails are sent out every minute.
1. Check the Share Settings:
• Verify the sharing settings you used when you shared the dashboard. If you selected multiple ways of sharing (e.g., direct email, workspace sharing, and link sharing), this might have caused duplicate notifications.
2. Power BI Service Status:
• Check the Power BI Service status to see if there were any ongoing issues that could have affected email notifications.
3. Disable Email Notifications Temporarily:
• If the issue persists, consider disabling email notifications temporarily in Power BI. You can do this by going to the Power BI Service and adjusting the notification settings under the “Settings” or “Admin Portal” for your account or workspace.
