Power Bi app not showing data for certain user

Entering the power Bi service in applications, it happened that for some reason after the login of a user was working normally, when entering an analysis, the graphs were only with one piece of data, they did not bring other data,

And entering with another user his brought all the data normally,

This happened only once instead of being all the visuals it was just a specific table and I ended up redoing this table manually on the desktop, step by step and when republishing it worked again for the user,

My question is where is the error for this to have happened? How to fix? If it's something in the user account what to do?
