Power Bi admin site internal error

I cannot use "Power Bi for O365 sites", as it continues to ask me to "start the trial".

I get the following message when starting the trial :

 "It looks like you or your company may not be subscribed to a service Power BI for Office 365 Trial is dependent on. Please contact your company admin to ensure you meet those requirements before trying again."

I am using an existing O365 Developer tenant.

What are the steps required to enable Power BI on my O365 developer tenant. My O365 user is licensed for for Power BI (Free).

I assume you are an existing Power BI for Office 365 user and want to access your existing content.  In this case, you can contact your IT administrator and ask them to assign you a license to Power BI for Office 365.

However, if you are just starting out with Power BI, you can go to http://powerbi.microsoft.com and sign up for an account straight away.
