I need a little help. We have a data set that contains a URL for a .png picture. I can create PBi reports with the picture as it can be formatted as a URL and it pulls in just fine. When I try to use our data set for a paginated report, the url comes in as a text. I have tried inserting an image and using the external and database options and it is still just giving me a box with an X.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Hi, @dkilpat
There are also some suggestions for you to consider.
Use smallest possible size; Avoid embedded images; Use web server storage; Use database storage; Appropriate background images.

The image url needs to be accessible at the time of rendering to whoever does the rendering for your paginated reports - likely your Report Server instance?
