Power Bi/Fabric hangs on "Loading your report"

All Power BI/Fabric reports hang on the "Loading your report" screen this morning: November 16, 2023: 7AM EST.

Are any other users in the EST time zone experiencing this problem? Is it related to the Power BI Service or perhaps the recent Windows update?
Please provide a resolution as soon as possible.

We are experiencing this same issue, also EST and we also noticed around 7am.
