Yes this can be done.
If you open Power Query in Excel and also open Power Query in Power BI Desktop you can copy across the tables by right clicking and selecting copy for the tables in Power Query in Power BI Desktop.
Then go to Excel Power Query, right click and select Paste.
For the measures I think you would have to copy and paste them, no quick way around that!
