Power BI service to enable or disable the black box

Do we have a policy/setting set up in Power BI service to enable or disable the black box when you use the tab key on your keyboard to switch between visual?

What you can do is to set the order by clicking on the Selection in the Ribbon

And then change the order of the items which will then move through the visuals in the order as shown below.
