Power BI reports with Power Apps integration randomly failing to load

This morning random reports with Power App integration (power app with a dataset from power bi passing to power app) have been failing all over for us. Many different clients/tenants, all same issue, randomly across different types of reports. We delete the report in service, it works fine in desktop, publish it back to the service and it works again and then about 15 minutes later it's back to being blank. This is what the screen looks like:

Clicking on any of the context menu's they're also all blank.

Engineering team have fixed the Power BI Known issue : Blank screen while opening a report with PowerApps visual and persistent filters. Please check.

This is a known issue - Blank screen while opening a report with PowerApps visual and persistent filters.

As a workaround, users can click on “Reset to default” button for a report to remove persistent filters.
