Power BI - implementation blueprint

Hi all,

I'm quite new to this forum. Sorry if it is posted in the wrong thread - feel free to correct me to where I should put it.

Does there exist any blueprint on how to plan, develop and rollout a power BI implementation from scratch?

I'm looking for a structured document which covers certain phases in the project and its possible pitfalls/lessons learnt from already established projects.

I would imagine that every implementation is slightly different, so there is not a one size fits all.

I have been responsible for quite a few end to end Power BI roll outs in different companies of different sizes, and each one was different in terms of what they needed immediately, later and future state.

I think that those documents are a great start.
