Power BI error

HI guys,

I've submitted a ticket to Microsoft support, but am not sure if anyone else is facing any issue with the PBI web based?

the page keeps loading and evantually I get the below message

Something went wrong.
Please try again later.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
An unknown error occurred. If you continue to see this error, please provide the following information when requesting support.

Date and Time: 2016-02-03 17:59:50Z

ActivityId: 7b211216-1a62-4b5f-ba1b-9d4f71cf006d

Also at the same time, am not able to publish my reports from PBI desktop, which I believe is caused by the above.

appreciate if anyone can shade some lights, if the above error message is familiar?
