Power BI embedded analytics and use cases

With Power BI Embedded analytics you can control the filters and visuals of the report, see the documentation for details.https://docs.microsoft.com/javascript/api/overview/powerbi/control-report-filters
But if you use embedded analytics, I think you need at least A SKU.Best Regards,

Instead you can use Report Server. Its a one time cost. Refer the following link for more details
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/get-started
There are few limitations regarding the connectivity to various data sources, but might work for your situation.
