Power BI Tenant migration AND Power BI Premium already in the new region

Hi,

My customer want to migration Power BI from Central Europe to West Europe.

I already read this article:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-region-move 

My customer have already created a Power BI Premium capacity in West Europe... So in the new tenant.

Question:
Do I need to delete Premium capacity before asking Microsoft to do the migration?
