Power BI Service Unable to Refresh

I created my Power BI Report in the desktop and deployed to Power BI service successfully and applied scheduled refresh.

Now because i have a large dataset, I applied incermental refresh. However, when i update my report in the desktop it updates successsfully but the Service gives me the error below aand ven when I apply manual refersh, it does not refresh:

The database was evicted and the operation cancelled to load balance the CPU load on the node. Please try again later.

Please help me fix this

@amabrenda1986 , check this link, the issue is the same https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Initial-refresh-to-get-past/m-p/3150469. Try that approach using tabular editor.

If this doesn't work for you, then you should create dataflows for smaller parts of data and then make union of these tables in Power BI desktop model.
Example, you create dataflow for data in year 2022. The second data flow for year 2023. The third dataflow for year 2024.
And then first two you just do initial refresh and no more refresh is needed as it has data which doesn't change.
You apply incremental refresh only on current year.
And then in Power BI desktop you make union of these tables.
