Power BI Service - Salesforce credentials

Hello,

I can import data from my salesforce objects without issue, but when I publish my reports to the Power BI service I cannot get them to refresh.  Each time I receive the following error.  Any help / guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

We have never gotten OATH access to work on the service. We use username/password/securitytoken on the service. Of course that means the connection user needs to have that level of access to SFDC.

needs more details. What credential type are you using, and is the account enabled for API access in SFDC?

I'm a little unclear on the credential type, but here's the settings with the Power BI service and SFDC.
