Hi,
I created R visuals that is able to load and running fine in Power BI Desktop. However, when published to Power BI Service, some of the R visuals exhibit "Script Runtime Error". Apprecieate your advice on how to get this issue resolved, thanks.

Hi @WKN ,
So far, to my knowledge, this may not be achieveable.
But you could submit idea in this site Home (microsoft.com), if a idea is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

Hi @WKN ,
In the service, not all of the R packages are supported.
The following screenshot shows some of the packages supported by Power BI Services.
For more details, you can read related document: Learn which R packages are supported - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have visited the link ( Learn which R packages are supported - Power BI | Microsoft Learn). In the R visuals that resulted with "Script runtime error", I was using 3 packages, namely ggplot2, plyr and scales. These were listed as R packages that are supported in Power BI from this link.
I then realize that the site stated "Current R runtime: Microsoft R 3.4.4", but plyr package is not present in this version? I am using R version 4.0 and hence I suppose the R visuals are showing up on Power BI Desktop but just not in Power BI Service?
Any plans to update R version from 3.4.4? Or why is plyr package not supported when its listed it is supported? Is there a way to get plyr package to Power BI Service?
