Is there a way to export Power BI Monitor screenshot or list in email? I want to reduce manual efforts of checking dashboard failures as we are managing refreshes using Power Automate.
Hi @Ashwin_Bibve - Yes, you can automate the process of exporting Power BI Monitor data or sending it via email using Power Automate, In Use the "Power BI – When a data-driven alert is triggered" connector.This trigger can capture refresh failures based on your thresholds (like failures or missed schedules).
