Power BI Scheduled Dataset Refresh Failure Email Notification

I have a scheduled dataset refresh for my report, and enable the email notification when failure happened. 

During the past few days, I have received the email notification successfully, but inside the message, when it describe the failure event itself, it uses UTC timezone, which is different from the timezone I am physically with. 

This brings a little confused to me and my team, as everytime we need to calcuate the time separately 

Is there a way to configure a preferred  timezone used in the email notification ?
