Power BI Pro

Hi,

Um new to Power BI and tryin to create groups in Power BI Service, but the following error is getting generated 

'Need Power BI Pro for Groups'.

if i go for the Power BI Pro trial version to just learn the concepts, will it effect anything on My Power BI Desktop Application or My Power BI Service Account, once the trial period is over or will i be able to continue to do my job as um doin now with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service...??

@Anonymous As name suggests power bi pro trial is given to you to try out Pro features before actually buying it. At the end of trial period you have option to go back to regular version or further extend your trial. Having power bi pro account doesn't affect anything on desktop but gives you ability to undertake all Pro related functions.

@ankitpatira Thanks for the reply,But i have nothing in my dashboards, reports and dataset sections once i get into the Pro.

How am i suppose to import all my stuff here to Pro....???

did i miss anythin or is there anyway to do that...???

I dont know what happened.

once i got into Pro i created a group and tried to create content pack, i see nothing in my dashboard, reports and dataset sections, But after a while by navigating here and there in pro i see everything back.

@Anonymous once you signup for pro trial you don't need to import anything. basically its just change in your account type not creating a new account. therefore if you had reports, dashboards and datasets previously using free account even after you upgrade to pro trial should be all there.
