Power BI Premium yearly subscription or month-to-month?

It's not clear to me if Power BI Premium (P1) can be bought on a month-to-month subscription or with a yearly subscription?

It says P1 is available month to month. Does dat mean we can cancel the subscription after the first month when it doesnt meet the requirements?

After research, Power BI Premium (P1) can be bought on a month-to-month subscription.  The minimum cost of entry is $4,995 (P1) plus $9.99 (Pro) for a total of $5,004.99 per month. In order to pucharse a Power BI Premium SKU, you must be a Global or Billing admin within your tenant.You can follow the steps in this article below to purchas and cancel the subscription.
