Power BI Performance Monitoring

I have an Power BI tenant where I have Pro license. The capacity is not premium and we have around 100's of Paginated reports mostly. I want to understand how can I read/see the performance of the tenant when the reports are ruuning or how the tenant is behaving at different times. Is there a similar option like we have for Premium capacity?
